Monitoring Your Digestive Health
The digestive system is one of the most important parts of our entire body and would be 40 feet long if you could stretch it out from the oesophagus (food pipe) to the rectum (back passage) (reference CORE). Yet all too often we don't give it a second thought. We are so busy rushing around, eating and drinking whatever takes our fancy that we sometimes forget that such factors have a direct influence on our digestive health. It's only when our body kicks back with the pain of heartburn, indigestion or even constipation that many of us take stock.
The good news is that staying healthy on the inside is simple - when you know how. Taking care of your diet and addressing certain lifestyle factors are just two simple measures you can take to help keep your system in order.

In this section, you'll find a series of questionnaires in four key areas: weight, lifestyle, diet and stress levels. These assessments will help you to build a picture of the state of your digestive system and offer useful tips and advice tailored to your answers.
